"I majored in human development and graduated with a certificate in case management administration. The human development program is incredible, the staff are wonderful, and the classes are full of useful information that I have used in the field. Because of the help and encouragement I received from the program and staff, I now work as a full-time nutrition educator."
"The HD department is a supportive unit of brilliant and genuinely friendly professors. The students’ academic direction and well-being was always paramount; each professor was highly accessible to ensure your success. The skills acquired in each course provided a solid career foundation and played an instrumental role in being selected for my current position as a regional long term care ombudsman."

"I am a sophomore here on campus. My major is human development. I graduated from Union High School here in Vancouver. I chose WSU Vancouver due to how close it is to home and the fact that it's a beautiful campus for a reasonable price. I love taking advantage of the basketball open gym nights, as well as participating in Cru events."
